You’ll be the design voice in a fast‑paced, product‑driven setting — trusted with the autonomy to shape what we build and how we build it. From refining the user experience of our core app to launching bold new features, you’ll play a key role in raising the bar for design at HouseSigma. If you’re hands‑on, think deeply, experiment confidently, and lead with empathy — help us shape what’s next.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the end‑to‑end product design process for both mobile and web experiences.

Drive UX and UI efforts that directly impact how millions of Canadians interact with real estate data.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and an external UI contractor using project management and design collaboration tools.

Identify usability pain points and proactively recommend solutions and design improvements.

Translate complex product requirements into clean, usable, and scalable designs.

Conduct user‑centered research and usability analysis to guide product direction.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in product design,



with a focus on mobile product design and consumer‑facing (B2C) products.

A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact — especially on mobile platforms.

Exceptional UX problem‑solving skills and a passion for creating elegant, intuitive user experiences.

Comfortable working independently, defining your own roadmap and standards within a growing product org.

A structured thinker who values simplicity, usability, and results.

Nice to Have:

Experience in real estate, PropTech.

Product Management experience is a plus.

Familiarity with front‑end development or design‑dev collaboration.

Startup or scale‑up environment experience.
