From our IATF 16949-certified Windsor facility to our expanded capabilities, including a modern anodizing operation in Mississauga, we continue to scale to meet customer demand.As we grow, we’re focused on strengthening our machining and fabrication capabilities. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who can take ownership of these processes and drive performance across quality, cost, and delivery.Compensation$75,000 – $115,000 base salary, aligned to experience and market, plus bonus and benefitsWhat you'll doLead the development, validation, and optimization of machining and fabrication processesDrive new equipment, tooling, fixtures, and gauges from concept through launch and handoff to operationsOwn process documentation, including flow diagrams, work instructions, and specificationsEstablish and maintain process parameters to hit quality and cycle time targetsSupport recent product launches through APQP and PPAPLead or contribute to PFMEA, control plans, MSA, and capability studiesCoordinate production trials, validation, and final PPAP submissionsTroubleshoot machining, fabrication, and assembly issuesPartner with production, quality, and maintenance to improve uptime and reliabilityLead root cause analysis and drive corrective actionsLead continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, throughput,
