We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Showroom Consultant to join our Ottawa showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for design and detail. As a Showroom Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in our showroom, providing product information,



and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring products are displayed attractively and neatly.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience in customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office and POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications:

Work Schedule:

- Flexible schedule, 12 to 25 hours a week.
- Must be available Monday to Saturday.
- Shifts are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM on weekdays (or 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
- Saturday shifts are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
