About The Job This is an individual contributor (IC) position, working on a broad range of features across the full stack. You will own & deliver features end-to-end using Ruby on Rails, React and similar technology

You will set standards & best practices, and perform code review

You will work with product, design and others to refine and iterate on specifications

You will interface directly with our Customer Success team to understand customer pain points and improve the application.

You will seek to understand the domain, user personas, problems they face,

Have worked at a startup previously, or have a strong desire to work at one Requirements 5+ years of professional web development experience with Ruby on Rails or a similar framework

2+ years of production experience in React (or Vue, Angular, Svelte, etc.)

Experience modeling complex relational database schemas

Experience with AI agents, LLMs, model evaluation, vectors/embeddings, etc.
