Position Summary... The Senior Specialist, Operations role supports the Marketplace Operations team in managing cross-border seller programs and driving operational excellence. This position is responsible for analyzing seller performance, developing reporting insights, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve key operational metrics, including returns management, and customer service.

The role focuses on enhancing the overall seller and customer experience across global marketplaces.

What You'll Do...

- Manage and support cross-border seller programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor seller performance and operational metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless seller and customer experience.
- Coordinate operational readiness and execution for Remote Fulfillment across multiple marketplaces.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and program outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in day to day ops/logistics management.
- Experience in Retail Merchandising, Operations, or eCommerce is an asset.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an asset.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
