They are seeking a Project Manager to join a collaborative, well‑supported operations team, reporting to the VP of Operations. The initial assignment will be a $90 million administrative building in the Edmonton area. The organization offers a solid mentorship culture, excellent internal support, and the opportunity to lead meaningful, community‑impacting projects.What You’ll Do:Manage commercial and institutional construction projects from planning through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee contract administration, proposals, and negotiations.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants,



and stakeholders.Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.What We’re Looking For:8-10 years of experience in construction project management (commercial or institutional).Diploma or degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with success stories engaging subcontractors, engineers, consultants and owner's representatives.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.Familiarity with construction principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.Experience with MS Project and Procore is considered an asset.General Contractor experience is a MUST HAVE.Experience with healthcare and education environments managing projects with Alberta Health Services and Edmonton Public School Board, is an added advantageTo apply for this job, click on "Easy Apply" at the top of this ad, or send your resume to.
