We are looking for a Sr Windows System Administrator to join a dynamic, global technology team in Montreal. In this role, you will support enterprise-scale Windows Server environments, playing a key part in patching, deployment, and incident resolution — while joining a vibrant, diverse mix of technologists working across different technologies and functional domains, with a strong focus on innovation, inclusion, and knowledge sharing.

We are looking for individuals who are curious, self-directed, self-motivated, and highly reliable. Many of the challenges you'll face are unique and complex, requiring creative thinking, perseverance, patience, and a willingness to ask questions in order to arrive at effective solutions. To be best prepared for this role, you should have a background in Microsoft Windows operations or system administration, ideally gained within a demanding enterprise environment.

Location: Montreal

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office

- Work with and become proficient in a variety of enterprise technologies from Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, HP, and others
- Collaborate as part of a talented global team, operating under a Follow-the-Sun support model

Required Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5+ years of primary, expert-level experience with patching and software deployment activities using Microsoft SCCM
- Ability to troubleshoot the Windows Server operating system and perform root-cause analysis during incidents
- Experience developing PowerShell scripts to automate and improve patching execution and reporting to meet SLAs
- Conceptual understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP roles
- Experience authoring technical documentation
- Good level of English
