Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Must have 1 year of previous serving experience in a high volume restaurant.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist with food preparation and basic food handling as needed.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience with cashiering and handling financial transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Excellent hospitality skills that create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order management.
