Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options, providing detailed descriptions when needed.
- Take accurate orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit,



promptly addressing any concerns or questions with a positive attitude.
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures, to ensure a safe dining environment.

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change handling, and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a lively attitude.
- Speak Korean an asset
