We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Beverage cart worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and credit card payments responsibly while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong cashiering skills with experience in cash handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within a food service environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Robust communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
Pay: $16.75-$17.00 per hour
