Job Summary

We are seeking a Full time and a Part time, friendly and dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food/drinks, handling transactions, taking orders and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with proper cash handling procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order fulfillment
- Assist in food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures




- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, cashiering, and POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards at all times
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a positive team-oriented attitude is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour
