Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This role is primarily focused on serving, but you’ll also step behind the bar for occasional shifts. From welcoming guests and delivering great table service to confidently mixing drinks when needed, you’ll help create a seamless and memorable pub experience.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, process transactions, and manage tabs.
- Share your knowledge of our menu, making thoughtful recommendations on both food and drinks.
- Provide attentive, productive service to all tables.
- Step in as bartender on scheduled shifts — pouring beer, wine, and cocktails with consistency and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the dining area and bar.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure consistent food and smooth service.
- Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.




- Complete opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

- Previous experience as both a server and a bartender (required).
- Friendly, professional demeanour and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation and service standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- "Serving It Right" certification (required).
- Must be 19 years of age or older.

Compensation Starting at minimum wage, with higher pay negotiable based on experience. Plus, the opportunity to earn tips in both serving and bartending shifts.
