Since relocating to Carling Ave three years ago, we’ve continued to grow — and now we’re looking for the right person to grow with us long-term.

The Role

This position is built on two things: service and efficiency.

You understand that true hospitality is about reading the room — both guests and teammates. You move with confidence, multitask with purpose, and execute with style.

You

- Have solid knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Can stir a flawless martini, keep mint vibrant, and craft a proper cappuccino
- Understand dietary restrictions and diverse cuisines
- Can confidently run a 30–44 seat section with support — and never lose your cool
- Upsell naturally and represent the restaurant with pride
- Use systems properly to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

- Strong food and bar knowledge
- Restaurant table-service experience preferred (other relevant food service experience considered)
- Physically capable of long shifts on your feet; able to lift 30 lbs
- Comfortable with POS systems and online ordering platforms
- Sharp, witty, current — but grounded in experience

Hours

- 12-20 hours per week with the opportunity for more
- Consistent day or night schedule (flexible)
- At least one week off over Christmas
- Select statutory holidays off (e.g., Canada Day, Good Friday)
