Position Overview

We are currently seeking friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or looking to begin your career in the restaurant industry, we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace. Previous serving experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system.
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages and simple cocktails as needed, as we do not have a dedicated bartender.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, anticipating guest needs and providing attentive service.




- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties, including setting up and maintaining the dining room.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and work areas.
- Work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and productive service.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
