Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team at Hole 19 Bar & Grill located on the Fraser Glen Golf Course.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.




- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
