What you will be doing:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized guest services

What you will bring to the role:

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations is an asset.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and change distribution
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience.
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration
