Job Summary

As a Server, you will be the face of the restaurant and its service. You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us build lasting relationships with our guests, making every visit enjoyable and satisfying.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations




- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables promptly without compromising quality or guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing excellent guest services at all times

Qualifications We are more than happy to train students and individuals who are willing to learn. All qualifications listed below are assets, not requirements.

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Clover or similar platforms is advantageous
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and order accuracy
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, food preparation, or kitchen work is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Weekend availability
