Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
- Assist guests with menu selections, upselling specials or beverages to enhance their experience
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including tables, utensils, and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Uphold food safety regulations by following proper sanitation protocols and food handling guidelines




- Engage with guests to provide exceptional guest services, addressing questions or concerns professionally
- Support team efforts in maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality focus
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly for cashiering tasks
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is beneficial but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably between tables, and lift moderate loads when necessary
- Reliable team player committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting
