The Olde Dublin Pub & Claddagh Oyster House are seeking professional, attentive, and experience-driven Servers to join our team.

We’re looking for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, thrive in a quick-paced dining environment, and understand the importance of both hospitality and accountability.

As a Server, you will be responsible for managing your own section, guiding guests through the menu, and ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

- You are willing to develop a strong understanding of menu items, pricing, and daily features, with the ability to confidently communicate them to guests
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready service area
- Attentiveness throughout service regularly checking on tables, clearing plates, and anticipating guest needs
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and in full compliance with the PEI Liquor Control Act, including proper ID verification
- Accuracy and accountability when processing payments and closing tables through the POS system




- Responsibility for ensuring all bills within your section are properly settled
- Attention to detail when completing end-of-shift duties, including cleaning and restocking for the next service
- Professional communication with management and team members
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as required to support overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
- A high level of integrity and accountability when handling cash and payments
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
