Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety guidelines




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, cash handling, and billing procedures
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest-focused service orientation
- Willingness to learn about menu items, upselling techniques, and restaurant operations to enhance guest experiences
