Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our agile hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fine dine setup. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and guest relations. The successful applicant will be organised, efficient, and passionate about delivering high standards of service.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
- Handle payments accurately and provide correct change or receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties when required, adhering to food safety standards
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently,



including proper handling of food and beverages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications

- Extensive Knowledge of Indian Cuisine and Wine Pairing
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team setting
