Server — Wild Wing Wild Wing is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Server to join our team! As a Server, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment where great communication, a positive attitude, and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and skilled manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverages
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure they are satisfied
- Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
- Process cash, debit, and credit payments accurately
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other team members
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness,



and restaurant procedures
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent service
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace

What We're Looking For:

- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Previous serving experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Smart Serve certification is required
