We are hiring experienced Servers to provide exceptional service to VIP guests in private suite boxes during a major outdoor event.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage with guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Provide attentive and timely service throughout the event.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
- Replenish buffet, snack, and service items as needed.
- Review menu items in advance and confidently answer guest questions, including dietary accommodations.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Follow all applicable AGCO regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Smart Serve certification is mandatory. Expired certificates or candidates currently applying for certification will not be accepted.
- Solid server experience is required; VIP/event experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in the sun for 8–10 hours.
- Must be professional, reliable, and well-presented.
