Job Overview
We’re seeking a Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You’ll be the backbone of our service operations—coordinating repairs, managing service documentation, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements. If you love solving problems, improving processes, and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee the intake and processing of all mobility equipment service requests
- Maintain accurate records of service history, client interactions, and equipment status in our CRM software
- Liaise with funders (AADL, AHS, WCB, NIHB) to ensure proper documentation and billing compliance ensuring all tickets comply with regulatory and funding guidelines
- Track service ticket timelines, parts orders, and technician schedules
- Coordinate the scheduling of repairs, equipment deliveries, and service appointments
- Ensure all service tickets are handled in accordance with established company procedures and consistently meet predefined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of the company
- Communicate effectively with clients, therapists, technicians, and funders
- Support inventory tracking and parts ordering for repairs

- Proven ability to stay composed under pressure, adapt swiftly to changing circumstances, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- A mindset geared toward compliance, accuracy, and process improvement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Previous experience in medical equipment service or healthcare administration is an asset
- Familiarity with Alberta’s healthcare funding landscape (AADL, AHS, WCB, NIHB) is preferred

The listed hourly rate is a starting point; final compensation will reflect your experience and suitability for the role. Job Type: Full-time
