Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with food orders, ensuring orders are accurate and timely
- Maintain cleanliness of dining spaces, including wiping down tables, chairs, and service stations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and assisting with basic food preparation when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

Experience





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
- Basic understanding of the food industry practices, including serving techniques and restaurant operations
