Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our service department at our car dealership in Brampton.

The Service

Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet service customers and assess vehicle service needs

- Create, update, and manage repair orders accurately

- Explain recommended maintenance and repair services to customers

- Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service updates

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion

- Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional work

- Ensure all work performed is documented clearly and accurately

- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

- Process invoicing, payments, and vehicle delivery

- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in dealership systems

- Promote maintenance services and customer retention programs





- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills

- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive service processes

- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is an asset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

- Valid Ontario driver’s license

- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are an asset
