Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures and estimates clearly, ensuring customers are informed every step of the way
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions,



service orders, and vehicle histories
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience or automotive service background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proven ability in sales and upselling techniques to maximize service opportunities
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Familiarity with automotive parts, systems, and repair terminology beneficial
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
