About the role
As the Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key front-line role supporting our Service Technicians and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.
Based in Port Coquitlam and reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor, you’ll use your strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills to coordinate service jobs, from scheduling through to invoicing - making sure every detail is handled efficiently and accurately.
What you’ll do
- Deliver excellent customer service to both customers and technicians across the BC region.
- Schedule technicians for service calls, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Coordinate tools, equipment, and subcontractors required for each job.
- Maintain accurate records, including calendars, customer accounts, work orders, purchase orders, and inventory documentation.
- Process invoices accurately and promptly, updating customer portals and payment details as needed.
- Support internal projects and initiatives that help us make Canada a safer place to live and work.
What you bring
- Experience in customer service and/or administration, ideally within an industrial, service, or technical workplace.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - you take pride in doing things right the first time.
