Service Coordinator - Fire Alarm and Life Safety Service Company

Responsibilities will include

- Scheduling, and dispatching of multiple work crews, effectively and efficiently
- Responding to customer service calls and inspection/service requests
- Prepare, review and process work orders and reports to ensure completion and accuracy
- Create service quotations and follow up with existing customers
- Work directly with customers to oversee service and satisfaction
- Maintain communication with management, staff, clients, and vendors to ensure proper operation of the organization
- Ensure operational activities (field projects, annual inspections, and service calls etc) remain on time, within budget, and provide leadership and supervision
- Some technical support
- Multi-task in a very busy office setting, positive attitude, team player
- Other duties as required

Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in the Fire Protection industry with basic understanding of fire alarm and life safety systems with respect to their operation and OFC requirements
- Experience as a Service Coordinator
- Ability to work well independently,



under pressure and be comfortable handling multiple priorities with sound practical judgement
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to change
- Strong communication skills to convey a message in a clear concise manner
- Strong computer skills with an eye for detail
- Capability to encourage and motivate people and to promote positive and responsible attitudes
- Ability to see beyond the job requirements, seek opportunities, generate ideas for improvement

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
