Required Skills & Experience

-4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst within IT environments

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB governance, GRC platforms, or other enterprise ITAM tools.
2. Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as:

ITAM Certifications form IAITAM

ITIL

ISO/IEC 19770

NIST

-Experience supporting audits, governance committees, or enterprise control frameworks.

-4-6 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT governance, data controls, compliance, risk management, or related functions

-Strong experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), including hardware and/or software asset management

-Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITAM, HAM, SAM, and/or CMDB

-Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and IT operations environments

-Solid knowledge of:

---IT asset lifecycle management

----End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) governance and remediation

------ITAM controls and compliance practices

------Technical currency management

-------Governance reporting and issue tracking

-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation

-Experience using PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, interpret trends, and support governance decisions through data analysis

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with experience preparing materials and presentations for senior stakeholders

-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated, and complex workplace

The Senior ITAM Governance Analyst will support a major IT Asset Management (ITAM) maturity and governance initiative, helping strengthen governance, compliance, and lifecycle management across hardware and software assets. This role requires a strong blend of ITAM expertise, ServiceNow experience (ITAM, HAM, SAM Pro, and CMDB), and analytical capabilities to oversee technical currency, End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) risk management, governance reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, technology asset owners, and risk stakeholders to ensure assets are managed in accordance with internal standards and industry best practices. This individual will analyze asset data, identify gaps, develop and document controls, support audit and compliance efforts, and drive continuous improvements across the ITAM program in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
