We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy food service environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and excellent customer service abilities. This role involves supervising staff, managing food quality, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Previous restaurant management, hospitality, or hotel experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS.

The Food Service

Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence.

Duties and responsibilities

- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests




- Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
- Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
- Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
- Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
- Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
- Follow all operational policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in a service environment preferred

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
