EMSCO Heavy Equipment in Regina is seeking an energetic and positive applicant to fill the full-time permanent position of Shipper/Receiver to join our team of experts.

Responsibilities

- Receive incoming parts orders, verify quantities, condition & documentation.
- Pick, pack & prepare customer & internal orders for delivery/shipment.
- Deliver internal orders to service dept. in an efficient and timely manner.
- Prepare shipping documents, freight paperwork, labels & bills of lading.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments with couriers, freight carriers, customers and vendors.
- Load & unload trucks using forklifts & other material handling equipment.
- Accurately record shipping/receiving transactions in company DMS system.
- Identify & resolve damaged, missing or incorrect shipments & inventory discrepancies.
- Perform regular inventory & cycle counts.
- Maintain a very clean, organized and safe warehouse.
- Stock shelves & maintain organized inventory locations.
- Helping customers and other staff as necessary.
- Requirements
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse or parts experience preferred.
- Experience in the heavy equipment, industrial, agricultural or parts industry considered an asset.




- Forklift experience or certification preferred, willingness to obtain is required.
- Positive attitude.
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation.
- Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate logistics records.
- Qualified appearance.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to safely lift and handle 50 lbs.
