MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Ship customer orders, i.e. select, pick and pack products to be shipped, double check orders for accuracy, select and contact courier for pick-up
- Prepare documentation for all shipments (all necessary forms and customs documentation, bills of lading, manifestos, waybills) for carriers
- Follow up on shipment discrepancies for customers from carrier companies
- Receive all goods and supplies,



verifies accuracy of all goods received against purchase order and place all received goods into proper storage in the warehouse according to GMP and company guidelines
- Follows up all discrepancies in goods received including filing claims with carrier or vendor and distributes documentation to appropriate personnel.
- Operates computer terminal to maintain inventory records, print all packing slips for shipments, completes billings, and records issue of all materials to internal departments and records receipt of goods
- Maintain proper inventory records
- Conduct inventory counts and maintains warehouse security
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties in warehouse to maintain a clean and orderly facility

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years experience as a shipper/receiver in an ISO Quality Management System environment utilizing inventory software
- 2-3 years experience driving a forklift with accompanying license (Reach Truck)
- Willing and able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
