Shipper Receiver (Dock Stocker Forklift)

Compensation: $24.50–$26.00 per hour

Schedule: Various shifts available, see below:

- 1 Opening: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 1 Opening: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 2 Openings: Tuesday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM; Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is currently hiring experienced Shipper Receivers for a refrigerated food manufacturing facility in Etobicoke. This role is ideal for candidates with strong dock stocker forklift experience who are comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role

As a Shipper Receiver, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, preparing outbound shipments, and verifying production while safely operating a dock stocker forklift. Due to workflow demands, operators will occasionally share forklift equipment and work in pairs. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential in this high-volume refrigerated warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a dock stocker forklift safely and efficiently.
- Pick orders accurately using warehouse documentation.
- Prepare, stage, load, and unload outbound and inbound shipments.
- Receive and verify incoming product and production quantities.
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately.
- Share forklift equipment and coordinate work with teammates during busy periods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
- Follow GMPs, food safety requirements,



and all health & safety procedures.
- Work safely in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Valid Dock Stocker Forklift Certification (required).
- Strong recent dock stocker forklift operating experience.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse.
- Experience with order picking and shipment preparation.
- Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, high-traffic warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
