Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of experience with outbound shipping, inbound receiving, and inventory management in a warehouse setting.
- Experience self-managing in a fast-paced environment and taking a proactive role in additional warehouse duties.
- Experience operating a forklift and a valid forklift license.
- Ability to lift 30lbs and navigate a warehouse setting in a safe manner.
- Great communication skills.
- Highly organized with a robust attention to detail.
- Previous experience with digital inventory management systems an asset.

Responsibilities
- Managing all outbound shipping, primarily using UPS online platform.
- Preparing BOL as necessary.
- Receiving shipments, inspecting for accuracy against invoice and quality of product.
- Taking an active learning role for company product knowledge.
- Gathering product samples on behalf of sales staff, shipping to customers.
- Managing internal inventory, recording inbound and used raw materials, providing reports.
- Taking on special projects and other duties at the direction of management.
- General facility maintenance and cleaning.
- Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Maintaining various reports, compliance paperwork, and work logs.
- Following appropriate naming conventions, shorthand, and notes to complete logs.
- Working as part of the team to ensure deliverables are met,



ensuring proper communication between teams during shift change and handoff.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal staff, customers, and carrier representatives.
