Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products with precision
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and AS400 software for inventory tracking and order processing
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities, including logs and reports
- Assist with order picking using order pickers and ensure proper packaging for safe transit




- Support warehouse distribution tasks to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience with shipping & receiving duties preferred
- Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks highly desirable
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP, and AS400 platforms
- Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations
- Ability to perform order picking accurately in an e-commerce or distribution setting
- Experience with load & unload procedures using various warehouse equipment
- Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
