Midtown is searching for a Membership Sales Advisor to attract members to our premium fitness clubs. The position and responsibilities are described below in a concise, professional format.

Primary Responsibilities

- Initiate and sell memberships in a consultative manner
- Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals
- Promote and attend club social events
- Serve as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members

Sales Advisor Requirements

- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to communicate effectively
- Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives
- Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward
