We are seeking a dynamic and energetic

General Manager

to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Punjabi, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in retail or restaurant management. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, ensure excellent customer experiences, and foster a motivated team environment. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize profitability Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budget management with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling,



and reporting purposes Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Qualifications

Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail sales or restaurant environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent communication skills in both English and Punjabi; multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory management Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, marketing, and administrative tasks Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, and team management Previous experience in retail management or food service industry is highly desirable ** MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY DEGREE Join us at Simply Indian Sweets & Restaurant where your leadership can make a meaningful impact!
