Job Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on technician who can handle a mix of fleet maintenance, facility repairs, and general shop support. This is a fast-paced role with a lot of variety—ideal for someone who likes staying busy and figuring things out.

You’ll help maintain a fleet of 170+ vehicles (vans, straight trucks, tractors, trailers) along with supporting warehouse and facility upkeep The position maintains a fleet of over 170 vehicles from Ford Transit Vans & Hino/MACK medium duty straight trucks, tractors, and trailers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Minor Repairs of Equipment

- Working with our head technician (as well as alone in some instances) to complete oil changes, tire changes, general maintenance and service on light duty cargo vans, medium duty straight trucks, 5ton’s and tractors, trailers and forklifts as well as a variety of other equipment including, pallet jacks, dollies, etc.
- Occasionally assist with delivery driving and vehicle transfers
- Any other tasks as designated by management
- Completing general maintenance on facilities including replacing bulbs, greasing docks & dock door repair, racking repairs,




- Office maintenance including painting, flooring repairs/installs, ceiling tile replacement, some plumbing and electrical work
- Running errands for parts, other, as needed
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in the Shop as directed by the Senior Fleet, Facilities & HSE Manager.
- Any other tasks as designated by management

Job Requirements
- 2+ years' experience working in a warehouse/shop setting preferred
- Knowledge of operating a truck and trailer with a 5th wheel for hauling vehicles to & from our branches when required
- Knowledge of load securement and weight distribution on trailers as well as completing pre/post trip inspections and filling out HOS log books when required
- Willingness to learn
- Must have class 5 (non GDL) driver's license
- Reliable mode of transportation to work
- Q endorsement preferred
