We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and dependable Show Home Sales Host to join our sales team. About the Role

As a Show Home Sales Host, you will often be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting our show homes and sales centres.

Your role is to create a warm and welcoming experience, learn about each visitor's needs, provide general information about our homes and communities, and connect interested buyers with the appropriate member of our sales team.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Calgary area and includes weekend work. Responsibilities

Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers visiting the show home or sales centre

Create a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience for every visitor

Answer general questions about Homes By Us, available communities, homes, and the building process

Collect and accurately record visitor contact information for sales follow-up

Assist with scheduling appointments and connecting prospective buyers with the sales team

Respond to phone and in-person inquiries professionally





Maintain organized visitor records and sales materials

Ensure the show home and sales centre remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready

Provide general administrative and sales support as needed What We're Looking For

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Confident, professional verbal communication

Friendly and approachable personality with the ability to build rapport quickly

Robust organization and attention to detail

Reliable and comfortable working independently as well as part of a sales team

Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic computer systems

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales support, real estate, or new home sales is an asset

Location: Aspen Summit Hts. SW

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2-8 Weekends 12-5

Compensation: $22/hr. to $25/hr. depending on experience Advantages: Health and dental benefits and paid vacation
