Overview

We looking for Controls System PLC Programmers to join a leading automation company. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automation solutions in a 3 phase process. Phase 1 involves designing and developing Siemens PLC software programs to fit the specific requirements of their client (mostly warehouse automation).

In phase 2 & 3 , the candidate will be required to travel to sites where they will be responsible for integrating and installing their designs into the machines on the client floor. This will entail performing all testing/debugging to ensure the program runs accordingly.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience

Solid TIA Portal Siemens PLC programming/design experience





Integration and installation experience

Strong written and oral communication with a self starter attitude

Flexibility to travel to sites

Post secondary engineering degree, diploma or equivalent, specializing in mechanical, electrical, systems or computer engineering Experience programming Winkel Lifts would be an assest

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,853.10-$123,016.80 per year
