Join our dynamic construction team as a Site Superintendent, where you will lead and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Site Superintendent, you will be the key driver in translating project plans into reality, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are maintained, and client expectations are exceeded.

Duties

- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety standards.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Manage project documentation including daily logs, incident reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders using Bluebeam or comparable digital tools.




- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking costs and managing resources efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to communicate progress and resolve issues promptly.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in medium-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes from foundation to finish.
- Robust knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience in implementing quality control measures and safety protocols on active job sites.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams of tradespeople and subcontractors.
