All applications are reviewed by human reviewers.Position SummaryThe Controls Engineer works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to trace machine faults to resolution and develop optimized control systems to improve operational efficiency. This role acts as the functional coordinator for Controls Technicians, ensuring priorities and activities are aligned with departmental and company objectives. The Controls Engineer plays a critical role in supporting equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.About YouAt our company, we are looking for exceptional individuals who can meet the following criteria:Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptionsManage multiple priorities and support plant operations effectivelyCoordinate technical resources and support teamsWork independently and as part of a cross-functional teamMake sound technical decisions under time and production pressureEducation & ExperienceEducation: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience:



Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentHands-on experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systemsTechnical Requirements:Demonstrated experience with PLC systems, safety circuits, and control system modificationsExperience supporting production equipment, automation systems, and manufacturing processesExperience working in a high-uptime, continuous or high-volume manufacturing environment is preferredKnowledgePLC systems, safety circuits, and industrial automation architecturesManufacturing production systems and equipment control philosophiesIndustrial electrical standards and machine safety requirementsControl system backup, version control, and documentation practicesContinuous improvement and reliability-focused automation practicesSkillsPLC programming, fault-finding, and system optimizationStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Effective organization and task prioritizationStrong verbal, written, and electronic communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesComputer proficiency and technical documentation skillsIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic teamYour interest in this opportunity is appreciated.
