Marqeta is looking for a Director, Software Engineering to lead and evolve our Credit platform. This is a critical leadership role responsible for scaling the next generation of innovative credit products that power modern fintech experiences. You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building, operating, and modernizing core components of our credit platform. This role requires a leader who sets a high bar, moves with urgency, and brings clarity in complex environments.This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Ontario, Canada.
