Job Summary

Faces Medical Spa is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media presence, create engaging content and support our digital advertising.

This is a in-person position that also includes clinic administration and customer service responsibilities.

Social Media, Content & Digital Marketing

● Create engaging Reels, videos, photos, Stories and social media posts

● Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms

● Plan and schedule social media content

● Manage Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager

● Create, run and optimize paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns

● Manage Google Ads and Google Business Profile

● Assist with SEO, local SEO and website visibility

● Monitor campaign performance, engagement and leads

● Use Canva, CapCut, AI and other content-creation tools

● Assist with promotions, advertising campaigns and marketing ideas

Clinic Administration & Customer Service

● Answer calls, messages, emails and client inquiries





● Schedule and confirm appointments

● Welcome and assist clients

● Follow up with recent leads and existing clients

● Assist with client files, payments and general administrative duties

● Provide professional and friendly customer service

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

● Experience in social media management and content creation

● Experience with Meta Ads and paid social media campaigns

● Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Business Profile and SEO

● Previous customer service experience required

● Strong communication and organizational skills

● Comfortable creating and editing photo and video content

● Able to work independently and multitask

● Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness or healthcare is an asset
