Thryve is a Toronto-based performance meal prep brand. We're a small, fast-moving team, and this is our first dedicated marketing hire!

Duties

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored for on social media channels such as Instagram
- Develop visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Canva or Adobe Suite
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster community growth.
- Align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and e-commerce strategies.

Experience

- 0-2 years experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management across multiple platforms.




- Demonstrated ability in content creation, design and editing
- Strong proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies that drive online sales growth.

You Might Be a Fit If

- You're a student (marketing/comms or similar) or have 0-2 years of experience — a valuable personal or freelance portfolio counts
- You have a genuinely good eye for content — you can look at a post and know why it works or doesn't
- You're self-directed and comfortable managing your own time against deadlines
- You're based in Toronto/GT, for time zone alignment and familiarity with our audience — no on-site visits required
- You're already fluent in Instagram culture and enjoy growing and engaging with a community, not just posting into the void

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while making a tangible impact in the fast-paced brand Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
