Leavens Automotive Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to support and grow our digital presence across our dealership group.

This full time, in-office position is ideal for an outgoing individual who enjoys creating high-quality photo, video, graphic, and written content in a fast-paced automotive environment. Working closely with dealership team members, you will develop content that highlights our people, vehicles, customer experiences, services, promotions, and brands across social-media and website channels.

The successful candidate will regularly visit our five London and one Windsor dealership locations to capture content and support timely marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, film, edit, and publish video content, including short-form videos, Reels, Stories, vehicle walkarounds, delivery photos and videos, employee features, customer testimonials, service content, and promotional campaigns.
- Work directly with dealership sales, service, parts, and management team members to produce authentic content that showcases the people behind each dealership.
- Photograph employees, vehicles, dealership facilities, promotions, and day-to-day dealership activity.
- Create visually compelling graphics, social assets, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related tools.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate copy for social posts, videos, blogs, promotions, and website content.
- Ensure all content reflects Leavens Automotive Group’s brand voice while following the applicable OEM brand standards and advertising guidelines.
- Maintain organized photo, video, and creative-asset libraries for use across dealership marketing channels.

Website Content & Digital Marketing

- Manage and maintain website content for multiple dealership locations, ensuring information is accurate, current, visually engaging,



and consistent with dealership and OEM standards.
- Update website banners, homepage content, promotions, service offers, employee profiles, staff photographs, blog posts, event pages, and other dealership information through CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Write and publish SEO-friendly blog articles, promotional content, and dealership updates that support marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and search visibility.
- Review website content regularly to identify outdated information, missing content, or opportunities for improvement.
- Support the rollout of new vehicle launches, service campaigns, seasonal offers, and dealership promotions across social and web channels.

Strategy, Analytics & Optimization

- Execute social-media and digital-content campaigns that support dealership sales, service, recruitment, customer-retention, and brand-awareness goals.
- Monitor social-media channels and respond professionally to comments, direct messages, and online reviews as required.
- Optimize social and website content for search visibility and remain current on social-media, SEO, digital-marketing, and automotive-industry trends.
- Assist with other marketing, communications, and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

- One to three years of experience in social-media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role; automotive, retail, or multi-location business experience is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, digital media, graphic design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience creating photo and video content for social-media platforms.
- Experience planning, filming,



editing, and publishing short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, TikTok-style videos, promotional videos, or similar content.
- Strong photography skills and experience using camera equipment, mobile content-creation tools, and lighting equipment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro, as well as Canva and video-editing platforms such as CapCut or comparable tools.
- Experience using WordPress or another content-management system to update website pages, blogs, banners, and promotional content.
- Strong understanding of social-media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, content performance metrics, and digital-marketing best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and implementation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Ontario G driver’s license and a vehicle to travel regularly to dealership locations in London and Windsor.
- A satisfactory criminal background check and clean driver’s abstract will be required prior to the commencement of employment.

Position Details

This is a full-time, in-office position. The successful candidate will work closely with team members across multiple Leavens Automotive Group dealership locations and must be comfortable visiting all dealership locations.
