Social Media Marketing Specialist

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: $23.00–$27.00 per hour (to be negotiated based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content, growing our online presence, and supporting marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages as appropriate
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign results
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms




- Collaborate with team members to support marketing objectives and brand consistency

Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements
- Minimum experience: 2–3 years
- Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00–$27.00 per hour
- Compensation to be negotiated based on experience
- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week
