: Provides assessments, treatments, referrals and case management of individuals, couples, groups and families who experience mental health problems and/or addictions problems. Provides professional consultation and team-oriented support as an interdisciplinary team member. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Licenses

- Valid Class 5 driver's license

Knowledge and Abilities

- Ability to complete case management assessments, follow-up and treatment
- Knowledge in appropriate models of therapeutic interventions

- Ability to competently use computers and software applications
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Services Act
- Ability to assess, treat and implement mental health plans for youth & families
- Proficient in case management skills and client follow-up
- Strong interpersonal skills
