Manroc Developments is currently seeking an experienced Development Miner to join our underground development team. The successful candidate will operate jackleg/stoper to carry out lateral, incline, and decline ramp development. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment where safety, efficiency,



and quality are top priorities. Schedule & Site Conditions

14/14 rotation Drive-In or Fly-in Site Rotating days and nights Client-approved site access required Negative Drug & Alcohol Test required Criminal Record Check Medical Qualifications

Previous experience operating jackleg/stoper is required Strong commitment to safe work practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a production-driven setting Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to complete pre-access testing as a condition of employment (as per client site requirements) What We Offer
